Inverse Solutions Inc. is founded with the manufacturing knowledge and experience necessary to support our customer’s requirements for innovative manufacturing.  We are ISO 9001:2000 compliant and are targeting full ISO certification in mid 2008.

Our team brings to the industry over one hundred years of technical manufacturing and engineering experience;

David Jordan was a founder and former owner of Semiconductor Equipment Technology (SET, Inc.) in Dublin, California, an ISO 9001:2000 corporation.  SET is a very successful industry supplier/world leader in Vapor Deposition Shielding.  David has produced many successful products that have been patented with most designs currently in use today.  David has also founded and operated other successful machining/tooling companies.

Angus McFadden is a business development executive with extensive experience in the US domestic, European, and Asia Pacific high technology and semiconductor markets.  Angus is skilled in market development, restructuring operations and distribution, together with developing relationships for long-term strategic growth.  He has a reputation for creating solid, long-term customer relationships by consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Gary Saunders is Manager of Operations and is a proponent of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 8D, SPC, various methods of quality control, production control which includes certification documentation and process control.  Additionally, he has extensive experience in the screw machine industry, including CAM and CNC screw machines of all types, turning centers, and milling centers.

Deborah Malboeuf is responsible for the design and implementation of Inverse Solutions Inc. Quality Management Systems. She has over 25 years experience in the Quality Assurance and Quality Systems field.  Deborah has held various positions of increasing responsibility in Quality Assurance, Document Control and Quality Management Systems.  Her background includes the implementation and administration of ISO 9001:2000 systems, design and setup of internal audit processes, standards of preparation for third party audits, feasibility testing and reporting, document control department setup and technical training of staff and management professionals.  Deborah is customer focused and strives for excellent customer satisfaction by delivering superior Quality Management Systems.
